How to Order

To speak to a customer service representative and order by phone, call 407-770-6004.

To order online at www.GrubTaxi.com, please read the following:

1. Enter you 5-digit zip code in the top right corner of your screen.
2. Select which restaurant available for catering and food delivery you would like delivered.
3. You will be brought to the restaurant’s menu.
4. Click the food items of your choosing.
   • Choose sides, sauces, or extras if applicable.
5. Once you have selected your meals, you may “Checkout” - $12.00 minimum order.
6. Prior to your “Checkout”, you may need to do the following:
   • To place an advanced order:
     • Click “Home” atop your menu, below your food items.
     • In the middle of your screen, next to Delivery Time select “To schedule a future delivery time, click here”.
     • Select a day and time up to one month in advanced.
     • Place an order even further in advanced by calling a customer service representative at 407-770-6004.
   • To special request or customize an item:
     • Click “Customize Item” to the right of the food item you have chosen. 
     • You can change the quantity or type in a special request. Example: “No mustard”
   • To enter a coupon code:
     • Click “Enter Coupon” atop your menu, below your food items.
     • Type in the coupon code. Example: “coupon1”
     • Click “Ok”.
   • To add another restaurant:
     • Click an available restaurant on the left of your screen.
     • Follow steps 4 through 8.
   • To add drinks and more:
     • Click “Drinks and More” on the left of your screen.
     • Click the items of your choosing.
7. Click “Checkout”.
8. Please verify your order is correct. If not go “Back”.
9. If you are a Returning Customer:
   • Enter your email and password.
   • Click “Continue to Checkout”.
   • Select a Payment Method and a Tip for the Mobile Waiter.
   • Click “Submit Order”.
   • Your will receive a confirmation email.
10. If you are a New Customer:
    • Enter your email and password twice.
    • Click “Continue to Checkout”.
    • Select a Payment Method and a Tip for the Mobile Waiter.
    • Fill out your Address information.
    • Click “Submit Order”.
    • You will receive a confirmation email.
    • You will then need to call 407-770-6004 to verify your account.
