How do I know that my first time online order has been placed?

All first time online orders must be verified by a phone call. This is to confirm your name, address and contact number as well as to ensure order accuracy and to secure delivery times before the order is processed. You will receive a phone number to call upon checkout and are required to call our customer service staff within minutes of placing your order.

If you do not call within 15 minutes of placing the order, we are not liable for any orders that do not get processed.
