What is the delivery charge and food order minimum?

There is a $4.99 delivery charge for orders placed online. There is a $5.99 delivery charge for "long distance" orders placed online.

$2.00 will be added to all orders placed by phone.

All orders are subject to a 4.99% convenience fee.

There is a $12.00 minimum food total for all standard delivery order. There is a $50.00 minimum food total for all catering delivery orders.
