How do I donate to the American Cancer Society?

How do I receive my $2.99 coupon when donating to the American Cancer Society?
Once your order is delivered a mobile waiter will hand you a postcard coupon redeemable on your next order.

Is the entire donation given to the American Cancer Society?
Yes. Grub Taxi does not keep any amount of the donations.

How do I place an order?
You can place an order online or call (407) 770-6004 and one of our customer service representatives will assist you with placing your order.

How long does it take for delivery?
The average delivery time varies based on volume and time of day. We usually quote between 45 minutes and an hour for dinner deliveries, but we strongly recommend lunch orders to be placed the day before so you can secure your desired delivery time. We recommend that large orders be placed at least the day before and you can schedule deliveries days, weeks, or even months in advance.

What is the delivery charge and food order minimum?
There is a $3.99 delivery charge for orders placed by phone or online.
Hotel delivery charge whether placed online or by phone is $5.99.
There is a $12.00 minimum food total for all orders.

What are my payment options?

* Corporate: Cash, Credit Card, Company Check (company check address must match delivery address) and Gift Certificates.
* Residential/Hotel: Cash, Credit Card, and Gift Certificates.

We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover and Diners Club Credit Cards.

Can I order from multiple restaurants?
Yes, you can order from multiple restaurants, but we do require that you meet the $12.00 minimum order and pay the normal delivery fee for each restaurant.

Can I order from a restaurant outside my delivery zone?
Delivery zones are limited to ensure that your order is delivered in a timely manner and will always arrive hot, fresh and delicious. Catering or larger orders are placed in advance and may be available for restaurants outside the delivery area for an additional fee. Please call (407) 770-6004 and a customer service representative will assist you with your request.

How do I know that my first time online order has been placed?
All first time online orders must be verified by a phone call. This is to confirm your name, address and contact number as well as to ensure order accuracy and to secure delivery times before the order is processed. You will receive a phone number to call upon
checkout and are required to call our customer service staff within minutes of placing your order. If you do not call within 15 minutes of placing the order, we are not liable for any orders that do no get processed.

Can I cancel my order?
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed with the restaurant. If you need to cancel or make changes to an advanced order, call (407) 770-6004 and a manager will assist you.

Is gratuity for the driver included in my order?
Gratuity is not included for orders under $75. Please consider the efforts of your mobile waiter and we suggest tipping the driver just like you would a server in a restaurant. All orders over $75 will be subject to a minimum 15% gratuity to ensure that your driver is compensated.

Is my coupon to (restaurant name) valid to use with Grub Taxi?
No. Only Grub Taxi coupons are valid with our delivery orders.

How do I add a special request?
When you choose an item you need to click 'customize item' then type in your special request. After typing the request press 'Done'.

How do I redeem a coupon when placing an order online?
Next to the "Checkout" button click "Enter Coupon" then type the coupon code and click "OK".  Physical coupons must be presented to the mobile waiter upon delivery, if not presented the coupon discount will not be honored.

Why is my delivery charge sometimes $3.99 or $5.99?
Based upon the distance and or the type of menu (Catering Menu), you may be charged either $3.99 or $5.99 for delivery.

What is the Referral Program and how does it work?
The Referral Program is a fun & easy way to tell someone about GrubTaxi and receive a free delivery. You refer a friend, family member, or co-worker. When the person you referred orders, they must mention your complete name at the time of the order. Once they mention you, we will send you a confirmation email.

How do I redeem my free delivery earned from a referral?
When you place your order, you must call to place the order (only that time) it so we can redeem your credit. Mention to the person taking your order that you are redeeming a credit from a referral.

Can the free delivery be redeemed for something else?
No.

What happens if the person forgets to say that I referred them?
The person you referred must give your full name at the time of the order.

Can a pay with a bill of $50 or greater?
No, Mobile Waiters can not make change for bills greater then $50.00.

Is there a charge for placing an order by phone?
There is a $2.00 charge for all phone call orders that are placed from 5:00PM to Close Monday Through Sunday.
